For our team in Weilheim, we are looking for a staff member (m/f/d) for our supply chain team and warehouse. With your organizational skills, you will ensure that our international flows of goods run smoothly.

We have moved into our newly built headquarters in the Achalaich industrial park in Weilheim and now have access to a modern office with a terrace, a chill-out area, an integrated kitchen, single/double offices, and a fully automated and integrated warehouse and laboratory.

What to expect:
  • You plan and monitor incoming and outgoing goods and coordinate these activities with our logistics service providers
  • You prepare and check customs and import documents and support customs clearance
  • You obtain, compare, and book freight quotes for transports
  • You maintain master data, delivery papers, and shipping documents in the ERP system
  • You track shipments and inform purchasing and sales departments of delivery delays at an early stage
  • You assist with scheduling and the ordering process
  • You participate in inventory counts and contribute to organized warehouse management according to FIFO and quality management guidelines
  • You handle delivery and product complaints as well as transport damage, including returns and, if necessary, disposal
  • You work in accordance with GMP+ guidelines and document your processes carefully
  • You work closely with purchasing, quality assurance, and sales and contribute suggestions for process improvements
  • You represent the team lead during their absence

What you bring to the table:
  • Completed vocational training in commerce or logistics, e.g., as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d), or warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain, ideally with food, feed, or raw materials
  • Experience with customs and import documents is desirable
  • Reliability and diligence, even during busy periods
  • Knowledge of quality standards such as GMP+, HACCP, or ISO 9001 is an advantage
  • Proficient use of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach and enjoyment in collaborating with other departments
