Our in-house warehouse with attached laboratories provides the foundation for particularly efficient and reliable quality assurance. This enables us to work quickly, flexibly, and with batch-specific precision.

Based on our storage and laboratory infrastructure, we can conduct representative sample runs directly and systematically. Through intensive sampling according to the square root of n + 1 principle, we ensure that potential inhomogeneities within a batch are largely identified and eliminated.

Each batch is sampled and tested individually as part of the incoming goods inspection. This ensures complete control and a reliable evaluation of the incoming raw materials.

As part of our testing process, we conduct organoleptic examinations, including microscopic analyses. To safeguard against food fraud and ensure high quality, we also test batches using IR analysis. If required, we can also perform thin-layer chromatography. Furthermore, we conduct in-depth and comprehensive analyses in external laboratories for a very broad spectrum of contaminants.

Beyond traditional quality control, we support our customers with an application-oriented laboratory approach. This includes, among other things, water solubility tests in cold and hot water, dispersion analyses using a high-shear mixer, and tapped density and bulk density tests. In this way, we combine analytical testing with technical application consulting.

Our experienced quality team offers numerous consulting services such as novel food testing, approvals for food supplements/feed/food products, verification of limit values ​​according to EU regulations, detailed advice on raw material selection, extensive documentation in specifications and certificates of analysis, and much more.
