For our team in Weilheim, we are looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) for our Supply Chain and Warehouse team. With your motivated and motivating personality, you will precisely and responsibly manage our international flows of goods.

What to expect:
  • You lead the warehouse team and coordinate daily operations, including daily team meetings
  • You manage the flow of goods from incoming goods to delivery to our customers in cooperation with logistics service providers
  • You handle customs and import documentation until the goods have been released for free circulation
  • You negotiate and optimize courier, freight, and transport costs
  • You organize the warehouse structure and optimize warehouse space usage according to FIFO and quality management requirements
  • You prepare and conduct physical inventories and work on inventory optimization
  • You process delivery and product complaints as well as transport damage, including returns and, if necessary, disposal
  • You ensure GMP+ requirements in logistics and transport are met and participate in the GMP+ team
  • You work closely with purchasing, quality assurance, and sales and improve processes across departmental boundaries

What you bring to the table:
  • Completed commercial or logistics training, e.g., as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), ideally with further qualification as a business specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable degree
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain, ideally with food, feed, or raw materials
  • Practical experience in customs clearance and imports from third countries
  • Initial leadership experience or clear motivation to lead a team
  • Knowledge of quality standards such as GMP+, HACCP, or ISO 9001 is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Good command of German and English
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach and enthusiasm for working with other departments
