Where we are:
We have moved into our newly built headquarters in the Achalaich industrial park in Weilheim and now have access to a modern office with a terrace, a chill-out area, an integrated kitchen, single/double offices, and a fully automated and integrated warehouse and laboratory.

What to expect:
• Straight through the company: Sales, marketing, purchasing, logistics, accounting/finance, and quality management – station by station, you will learn about our structures, processes, and our industry.
• Right in the thick of it from the start: We will provide you with systematic induction into the individual business units and involve you actively in day-to-day operations.
• Your ideas count: You will get hands-on experience with ongoing projects and contribute your own suggestions on how we can further develop our processes.
• You are never alone: Experienced specialists and managers will mentor you and help you put your knowledge directly into practice.
• Growing together: In our trainee development program, you will meet other young professionals – training courses and networking complement your practical phases.
• And afterwards? Following the program, you are expected to take on a management position at Aplantis.
What you bring to the table:
• A successfully completed degree in science or business administration
• Entrepreneurial spirit, an analytical mind, and the desire to work independently and goal-oriented
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Reliability, organizational talent, and a confident, friendly demeanor
