Marketing & Digital Transformation Manager (m/f/d) – FULL-TIME

To strengthen our team in Weilheim, we are looking for a dedicated individual in Marketing who, with strategic thinking, operational implementation skills, and digital expertise, will elevate our brand presence and lead generation to the next level.

Your tasks:
  • Identification, analysis, and optimization of internal marketing and sales-related processes with a focus on digitalization, automation, and efficiency enhancement
  • Driving digital transformation projects within the company, particularly in the introduction, development, and networking of systems, workflows, and data-driven processes
  • Development, management, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across various channels such as email marketing, SEO, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
  • Responsibility for CRM processes including implementation, further development, and scaling of existing systems
  • Development, optimization, and management of lead funnels as well as professional lead management including lead scoring, lead nurturing, and campaign automation
  • Planning, implementation, and analysis of performance marketing measures for sustainable lead generation
  • Management and coordination of external agencies and ensuring efficient collaboration and achievement of goals
  • Support in the development and further development of PR activities and external communication measures
  • Creation of reports, analyses, and recommendations for action for the continuous optimization of all marketing activities

Your profile:
  • Completed studies in marketing, communication, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Extensive CRM experience, especially in the implementation, optimization and scaling of CRM systems
  • Profound experience in building and managing lead funnels, lead scoring models and nurturing campaigns
  • Experience in the digitalization and optimization of business processes, ideally at the interface between marketing, sales and CRM
  • Understanding of digital transformation processes and a strong sense for efficient, scalable processes
  • Very good knowledge in the development and implementation of multi-channel campaigns, especially email marketing, SEO and LinkedIn
  • Experience in working with and managing external agencies
  • Ideally, initial experience in PR and corporate communications
  • Analytical thinking, structured way of working and high degree of personal responsibility
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and confident demeanor
  • Proficient in common marketing tools, CRM systems and MS Office
  • Very good written and spoken German skills (English skills an advantage)
