For our team in Weilheim, we are looking for you as a Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d). Whether full-time or part-time: With your experience, you will ensure that our raw materials deliver what they promise.

We have moved into our newly built headquarters in the Achalaich industrial park in Weilheim and now have access to a modern office with a terrace, a chill-out area, an integrated kitchen, single/double offices, and a fully automated and integrated warehouse and laboratory.

What to expect:
  • Processes in your hands: You are responsible for complex quality assurance processes and their strategic development – across the entire company.
  • First point of contact: You are the go-to person for quality-related issues – internally at all levels as well as for external partners and customers.
  • Standards that hit the mark: You maintain and further develop our quality documents and standards, ensuring that we meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise required: You are also the right contact person for legal and raw material-specific questions.

What you bring to the table:
  • Completed degree in food technology, food chemistry, ecotrophology, chemistry, biology, or a comparable subject
  • Several years of professional experience in quality assurance in the food or feed industry
  • Sound knowledge of food and feed regulations, including GMP+
  • Organizational talent, strategic thinking, and a structured way of working
  • Enjoyment of communication and teamwork – including across departmental boundaries
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Very good written and spoken German; English is a plus
